Herbs & Spices - Vadouvan
Ingredients: onions, garlic, cumin, fenugreek, turmeric, cardamom, nutmeg, mustard seeds, cayenne, cinnamon and cloves
Notes: Add 1-2 tbsps of Vadouvan to some oil to form a paste. Add to coconut milk curries, toss with chicken wings and use to marinate shrimp, tofu and stewing beef. Or just use it in place of "curry" powder.
