Thai Coconut Lemongrass Soup - Gluten Free
Ingredients: Black lentils, rice, coconut, veggie(sulphites)& onion flakes, plant based stock(marine salt, corn maltodextrin, sugar, yeast extract, natural vegetable flavors, dehydrated vegetables (onion) extra virgin olive oil, turmeric, chilli), curry spice (mustard), thai spice mix, garlic.
Notes: Cooking instructions are based on the family size product. Mini versions make 4-5 cups, please refer to cooking instructions on package
In 8 cups of water, add 2 stalks of lemongrass and contents of the package. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove lemongrass. Add 1 can of coconut milk and juice of one lime, simmer 10 minutes...salt to taste. (can add protein of choice)
