Eben and Karita Sedun are talent behind Vancouver Island Hot Sauce. Just them. No one else. Each bottle is made by their hands! No machines, no bottling equipment, no employees, just us!

The story of their business starts with love. Pure and simple. We originally made hot sauce for our wedding favours, but after so much positive and encouraging feedback from our family and friends, we decided to try selling a bottle or two ... and here we are!

Their two flavours, Owl’s Screech and Breath of Humbaba are made to enhance your dining experience, not overtake it! They want everyone to enjoy the fresh flavours, local ingredients and a unique Vancouver Island taste experience.

Yes, we are still surprised at how many people are enjoying it!
