Nicole creates the flavour combinations. Darcy makes the chocolate.

Working in small batches, we carefully craft the best flavour from each bean. We use beans from one specific region to create one single flavour profile with each harvest. Our cocoa beans are sourced only from partners with transparent trade practices and who ensure the farmers who grow and harvest our cacao are paid fair wages. 

Many of the ingredients use in creating Unchartered Chocolate's delectable flavours, like spruce tips, blackberry sea salt and maple syrup, are sourced locally. 

A portion of our sales support charities in our community. We give back to our community because we really like it here.
