Mark Berg
Mark started woodworking as a hobby 20 years ago whilst expecting his first child with his lovely wife, Vivian. What started out as cradles, boats, trains, and automobiles evolved into dinosaurs and spaceships as fundraisers for friends and family with cancer, specifically supporting the BC Children's Hospital.
Today, Mark has included in his repertoire beautiful pieces of functional and funky art. His work ranges from finely crafted wood treasure chests to wild and wacky birds on surf boards.
Mark lives in Deep Bay, on Vancouver Island and Richmond, BC with his fabulous family, and has recently retired from his job in emergency health care. He continues to pursue his love of woodworking at a relaxed pace!
Mark's fabulous creations are exclusive to the Salish Sea Market.
