Laura Jayne Furness

Laura Jayne is a certified Sr. High Art Teacher (UVIC) that loves to share her passion for art with others! 

She teaches classes at her art studio here in the Comox Valley, as well as selling her art and taking commissions. She is inspired by the amazing nature here on the west coast and it's reflected in her work.

But she also loves a sense of whimsy, flowing lines and she loves to lead the eye in and out of a drawing or painting. She draws primarily in pencil and ink and also paints with acrylics, and epoxy resin!
