Ingredients: Sesame seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, sea salt, peppermint and chili flakes
Size: 90g
Notes: This spice blend originated in Egypt and is now served all over the middle east as a snack. Traditionally you chop up nuts (we like hazelnuts, almonds, and pistachios) and mix them with our sesame seed rich Dukka and put in a little bowl. A second bowl has a good olive oil. A plate is laid out with pieces of torn breads like naan, pita, grilled baguettes, etc. You dip a piece of bread into the oil then press it into the Dukka. Eat, repeat. Unique and easy appetizer to make for lunch and dinner party's.
Also great pressed onto slices of goat cheese and gently fried, use to coat thin slices of fish and chicken.
