Daksha's Aloo Gobi

A delicious peas, potato and cauliflower dish. Simple and easy directions included.
Medium Heat – for mild, use half the package contents.
- Sauté 1½ chopped ONIONS in 3 tablespoons OIL in a pan on medium heat.
- Add 2 cups chopped CAULIFLOWER*, 2 diced POTATOES, contents of ALOO GOBI CURRY MIX and 1¼ teaspoons SALT. Stir. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add 1 cup FROZEN PEAS, 2 chopped TOMATOES and ½ cup WATER. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally or till vegetables are cooked.
*Substitute Cauliflower with green beans or eggplant.
Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve over a bed of basmati rice.
Ingredients: cumin, turmeric powder, crushed garlic, red chillie powder, coriander and black pepper.
